Ops comms channels

Just had a thought.  I was in gmud pondering what would be the easiest way of letting other ops know what's going on.  It's fairly primitive to tp eachother in circles, and although we could all organise to join the same broadcast channel, that's just a pain in the ass.
Assuming gmud keeps mudops, why not introduce an op-channel similar to broadcast or gangpath?  Would be handy for passing information.  Of course, it would be a bitch if mega convo window didn't pick it up, so it would have to be formatted such that it was recognised, but I don't see this as being a big hassle.

Anyway, just a thought to put out for discussion.  Could be useful, could be useless.

You can set mega to record custom things in the convo window so it shouldn't be a big deal.
